Shipping Policy
Please note that our products are still made in small batches as compared to box stores; therefore some color, patterns or Scents might have a delay.
Shipping usually in 1-3 days and usually shipped Ground or UPS with delivery in 1-3 days depending on how far it is going. Lotions and Butters During HOT Weather will ONLY be shipped on M, T and Wednesdays. IF you are not going to be home over the weekends as most of us are busy in the summer enjoying vacations....please note in delivery so we can adjust shipping dates. WE WILL NOT ship so packages are deliverred on weekends being left in the sun to get over heated, ruining the shelf life and consistancy of this good product.
Soaps can be shipped year round at any date and although shipped in an internal bag we hope that they are not left in the rain when delivered.
Shipping is standard rate up to 10# box.

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products being hygiene products we will not ask for returns.
If you are a retailer and something is broken or wrong with your product please reach out and we will instruct you further.
